Derek firmly believes that it is the work you perform today that determines your future; as such, he works closely with his clients to determine short, interim and long term goals. Derek’s approach to health and fitness is a holistic one encompassing exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition so that his clients gain endurance, flexibility and strength – while lowering body fat percentage. A primary school teacher by education, Derek has his CPR and AED level C certifications, in addition to the CanFit Pro and TRX certificates.
