At Kim Gym, we believe that a personalized approach yields the best results – whether you want a program to get yourself bikini-ready, kick-start a new health and fitness regimen, or to train for a specific fitness goal.

Fun, energetic, dynamic and unpredictable, our classes are designed to keep your mind and body guessing! No two classes are ever the same and involve high intensity stations which may include free weights, body-weight exercises, the TRX, kettlebells, and boxing. Group classes offer an affordable alternative to personal training sessions or, better yet, are a perfect complement to your training program.

Among our training staff, we boast former and current pro MMA fighters, football players, and an Olympic bronze medal winning boxer. We are uniquely qualified to help high performance athletes gain that competitive edge. Kim Gym is the off-season training home for a roster of clients including the national boxing champion, NHL hockey players, fitness models, inline marathon skaters and university-bound athletes.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy

A Registered Massage Therapist since 1998, Patti has worked extensively with professional and amateur athletes ranging from ironman, marathon runners and triathletes to hockey players. Patti shares in Kim Gym’s fitness and health movement with personal interests in weight training, running and water sports. Additional certifications include Thai Massage, Trigenics, Acupuncture and Ashiatsu (Oriental bar therapy, barefoot massage). Patti had also worked as a Personal Trainer in a rehabilitation setting and in Cardia Rehab.
